Undergraduate Students
What do Undergraduate students in our lab do? Undergraduate research assistants play a key role in the Memory & Attention Laboratory. Research assistants in our laboratory are responsible for running experiments with adult research participants and presenting our research findings to the public. In service to these goals our students read research findings from other labs, work on creating posters based on these readings and our own data, and attend regular lab meetings. Advanced students can also begin to learn coding for data analysis and experimental design after several semesters in the lab or earn honors in Psychology by completing a research thesis.
Expectations for all research assistants -A commitment to work in the lab at least 5 hours a week -Availability to attend lab meetings -A minimum of a 2 semester commitment to working in the lab
